I have a great example of how some simple changes to a webpage can make for a better visual and user experience. I have been working on websites and designing for a long time and we all know sometimes we cave to the client. Also, we possibly just need to put our head down and plow through web updates just for maintenance reasons. It come to if that page isn't a page driving traffic for profit you might just turn and burn it. We all do it. We also know these pages start with one purpose but as time goes on more content is available to post. So when I show this example its to show that sometimes when different eyes may see an opportunity to just do a quick adjustment. Might not generate $ but it does turn into an example we can share with our team to bring awareness and find the opportunities to apply these designs/layouts to campaigns to generate the ROI.

Below is a webpage where I saw possible room for improvement. This is an archive of past print newsletters. This was built in a single column and a long scroll. (I put this page in my sandbox so ignore all the Tammy Test pages ;-)

There was already a snippet developed for another purpose on the site and I repurposed it for this page. This is visually nicer and we are getting a lot of the material "above the fold".

Sometimes it is taking a step away, or having another team member take a look. We move quick and sometimes we aren't fully aware of all the snippet/widgets we have on our sites and can utilize. Refresh our teams on what we have available and works well.
